Well; This baby has put in some good hours and we have had some great times. We have gone through 2 processors and 1 malfunctioning drive, but we have never got the RoD! The system is starting to stop play games again and it won't load, it always says my discs are unreadable... brand news ones. So I am considering retirement of this launch system. I was thinking; am I able to buy those piece of **** arcade ($199) system and slap on my harddrive and I am all set again? Or are these arcade systems inferior? Because technically I don't need a 5th controller, I don't need another harddrive, so what is the point of buying a whole nother full system
buy an arcade. only thing different is no hard drive, really it. u will be getting some arcade games with that so thats a win. nothing is to different then that. if u do i think u should open up ur 360 since 3 years is up and it would be sick to see inside of it.

Lack of Chrome and no HDMI cord is about it. No actual HDMI CORD! or input/output slot? because I don't know if you know this but the original Xbox 360 doesn't even have an HDMI input/output slot so I am use to using the component cables. I noticed they changed it when I saw my brother's who bought a new 360 and there was a slot for the HDMI
