So about this new 360 chip, will all the new ones get it? and whats it do different that the other didn't?

Yes, they will all get it. It's a smaller chip that runs cooler and makes the console apperently more quiet.

The new 65nm CPU core will be in all, the 65nm GPU core however isnt due till late 2008.
