You do know they can call it whatever they want and make it whatever they want right? Just because the defenition of annex goes along with what you say. I mean they could call is EAT SH** and it would be a territories gametype...

Firstly i hope it isn't Territories and more like the CoD Headquarters gametype. Mainly because Territories wouldn't exactly work for all maps (rooftops would more or less have one spot and that would more or less be called KingOfTheHill). Headquarters however would work better for Gears. One team finds the position and can't respawn untill they lose the position (or all of them die). Now that could be put anywhere on the map (because most territoies ussually have atleast somewhat fair positions for both teams and headquarters doesn't need that).

Hopefully it will be more like Headquarters. It will allow for a respawn gametpe, but will follow what Epic tried doing with atleast minimun run and gun gameplay.

Well if it is a territory mode, then Epic saying "people who have tried it say it's possibly the best gametype" is either a bunch of hype, or people have just gotten really bored of the current gametypes that a territories type was refreshing.

I've only tried Assasination once, the first week the game was out, hated it, and haven't even thought of trying it again. If Annex sucks too, I won't play it. So no, I won't play what they give me. Thanks for your input though.
