Instead of picking up gold from enemies you'll have to rely on getting gold from gambling or various jobs offered around the world. You will also get no gold for completing quests.
I know I won't be disappointed because with Fable 2 the only things that PM has talked about have come with video proof. And seems to be the problems with co-op not being ready and the LCE being cut are M$'s not LH's.
I still think the smartest thing to do would be to wait at least two days after the release to see how the game stands up against critics....

I'll admit the first Fable was fun, but come on... we got nothing we were promised and I will not make the mistake of falling for that again. Fable has taught me to leave hype on the side lines and look at games for what they really are...

Someone or you can play co-op, but be warned-only let people you really know join you as they can really mess up your world, for instance by killing your family...

Most of the features PM promised weren't even possible on the original xbox. And with Fable 2 every feature he has talked about has come with video proof. Biggest failures in gaming history? Maybe to some if they chose to belive their original xbox was stronger than even the best computer at the time.
i think the game will be entertaining. HOWEVER almost all the comments about people loving this game seem to be based on the "Online Co-op". Just for clarification: There is no online co-op out of the box, that will be released in a (few) weeks after the game launches(apparently). So dont rush and buy it if thats what you're interested in, because there is NO set date for its release. WHO KNOWS! maybe the co-op will be a DLC you pay for later, I for one am waiting to see.
This game interests me alot. I'm not too hyped about it but it looks good and from the footage that I've seen, it looks fun. I may not be able to pick it up at launch though. I'm gonna have to wait till November.
