good imo, really good like 8.5 if the game has all the stuff and extras tony hawk does. its much harder but so much more realistic than tonyhawk, i loved it
it's so much fun when you get the controlls down. it makes tony hawk look like a childs game. what's up with only being able to vote up to pretty good?
I thought it was good but REALLY hard, escpecially since I'm used to the Tony Hawk games, WAY more realistic and I'll definitely rent it, will prob buy but wanna play more then a demo before i drop the $60
It's probably harder for those that have played TH games alot as I played it like TH at first and I knew the controls were nothing like it but after about 10 minutes I was ok but now I can do 360 flips, hardflips etc After playing Skate I just can't go back to TH, well maybe not the new 1 the colours just look dull and the animations look like crap. I think I will stick with Skate and P8
I thought it was pretty good once you get the hang of it. I HATEd the camera though. They had better let you change the camera in the game. Knowing EA though I wouldn't be suprised if they don't. Recenlty they seem to be happy with picking the most annoying camera angle possible and forcing you to play with it.

This is made by Blackbox, not EA and no you won't be able to change it and I personally don't find anything wrong with the camera, maybe cos I just don't suck at it, that's probably it.

The camera angle is great for this type of game. The low view gives a faster sense of speed and it's more focused on the board which it needs to be because the game requires skill and control of your board, unlike tony hawk where you need that further out view so you can pull off crazy long combos.
Just think about it for a second, a tony hawk* camera would suck in this game.
I loved the demo and play it everyday, I'm definitely buying this.
i thought it was ok. I wish the camera angle could go up a bit though. I really dont like not being able to see whats directly in front of me. I don think thats asking for much but its not game breaking just annoying.
