Agreed, depending on the curcimstances you should call support. But from the looks of things you deserve it. If when you look at the breakdown it's like a ton, or just one thing.
Some people leave negative feedback simply because they are sore losers, or just to be spiteful, if you can check the feedback, see if there is something that may have given you the ban. But to those people who just shouted "you obviously did something blah blah blah..." maybe, just maybe, he didnt....because people do leave bad feedback out of spite or because somebody wins a game.
