Thinking about buying a new game for my 360...

Fable II in my opinion.

Take Oblivion

Oblivion has more content and replay value but Fable 2 is much more fun. I like them both, personally.

Fable 2 is a very underated game and one of the best games on 360. Definitely go with that.

I'd go for Oblivion. I'm not sure whether it's exactly the same thing but if you live in the UK, most Tesco stores are selling Bioshock and Oblivion together for just £25.
