There was nothing on sale, nothing! No games worth getting, no accesories worth buying. Nothing! :cry:

I suppose if you wanted a year old Guitar Hero II you could get it for cheap, but I don't care to buy that kind of games. COD4 was like $12 cheaper; big whoop! GameStop has makes you buy TWO "USED" games to get only ONE free. I don't even want TWO games that are USED! All I really want it COD4 and maybe Guitar Hero III. But I ain't paying $over $80 for no bogus guitar, arcade style game.

the friday after thanksgiving is black friday, its the biggest sale day by retailers in the US. You will get better deals today than any other day and most people do holiday shopping today becuase of it. And for the topic poster COD4 came out the first week of november 12$ off is not that bad for less than 3 weeks ago.

Its all relative to your situation. Lets say I was someone poor but i loved video games. So I come to the library every few days to get online (because i cant afford Internet) to read up on games (because i cant afford a NEW console) I could say, $90 for 360 game? who cares Im looking for my next meal or at least you could afford a console to play. but im not just giving you another perspective.

As for black friday, i never find good deal on video games just electronics. So I am not surprised.

Yeah. It's really racist. They call it that because they have all the sales, and black people are cheap, so they try to get them to buy things.

no i didn't say that. i already have cod4 so it doesn't matter. but for the people that don't have it and want they think maybe they will get for a good bargain like 40 dollars. The game is to new. You might be able to get a gift card if even that. By christmas all the hooplah will be over and they will even have better deals for the games.

Video games sell like crazy this time of year anyway, retailers aren't going to lower prices on something they already make a very small margin on like video games when sales won't increase that much.

And BTW, 12 bucks off a 60 dollar game is 20% off, not really something to scoff at considering that you won't see new copies of COD4 selling below 60 bucks for a very long time. What did you want them to do? Sell em for 30? Yeah I'm sure you did, but could you even remotely expect that?

I picked up an extra Mitsubishi 60" DLP 1080p TV and a Samsung Blu-ray Player. Both were under $1,100. No complaints here.BioShockOwnz

Yeah man, can't go wrong with "extra" 60 inch televisions, always nice to have a few spare ones around.

kb toys had buy one get on free. i dont have one near me though. Amazon had great deal on ps3 controller and halo 3 legendary edition. I also got wii's this morning at 2 am central when black friday went live!!!

Refurb xbox 360 pro with free 1 yr warranty $229

Traded 8 old xbox and ps2 games at gamestop, got 30% extra trade credit, and only had to pay less than $40 out of pocket for gears of war, rainbow six vegas and assassins creed thanks to the buy 2 get one free.

I saved $240 this black friday...

Shoot, I got the Orange Box, Mass Effect, and the Marvel UA/Forza 2 combo disk all used in P-E-R-F-E-C-T condition. I have no reason to complain.
