Call MS and wait for them to send you the box. Luckily for you the system will be repaired for free.

For the 3 red lights, they have extended the warranty to 3yrs.

Each red light is a reminder that you should have got a PS3 instead of a 360. Here's what you do, send it to MS, they send you a refurbished one and then you take that and sell it on ebay. Then get a PS3
