Just played the demo for Too Human. Holy crap that game was NOT good.
Graphics: OK. Sound: OK. Story: OK. Controls: God-damned awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't believe me? Play the demo!
For me the controls are not the most important thing, but the controls in Too Human are sobad it is pretty much unplayable....
I was pretty sure I was gonna buy this game. After this demo, NOT A CHANCE I HELL!!!!

The controls arent terrible, you just haven't gotten use to the controls yet. There's a trick to nailing string attacks. Once you've learned that, you'll take back what you said. Trust me, I felt the same way on my first playthrough.
Earlier, I posted all the flaws with Too Human, in my first playthrough. But later today, I had a chance to play it again and I have to say, it's one heck of a game. The first time through, I just ran through it, not really collecting all the loot and not nailing my string attacks. The second time through, I nailed all my string attacks and unlocked all the secret areas as well as collect all the loot I possibly could. In one of the secret rooms, if you destroy all the enemies in under 40 seconds, you get a special blue item for equipment. So I did that but I missed one, which I think were the shoulder pads. I started the game with red armor and finished with all gold armor (blue items) with a nifty hammer/mace. I was more careful in distributing my points in the talent tree and that made for a better gameplay experience overall. The controls, at first I thought were clunky. But once you get use to the control scheme, you'll be flying around having lots of fun. I know I did. I only thing I still couldnt do was finish off the Troll. I was able to mount him with action button "A" but I didnt know how to finish him off. I tried all the buttons but it didnt seem to work so I just killed him with ruiner. It would have been nice if they explained how to finish off the trolls.
So, all in all, the graphics are solid although the character class select screen looks to have low resolution. For the most part, it looks pretty sharp. Voice acting is decent to good, but not powerful enough to strike a chord. Freya is hot. Baldur is badass. So we have ourselves a game. My only gripe is that the single-player campaign is way too short. Reportedly, the SP is about ten hours long which is far from enough when it comes to a dungeon crawler, with RPG elements. It would be nice if it was at least 20 hours. That would really make my day.
Overall, I'm content with the new demo and hopefully with the finishing touches, Too Human will hold it's own come release day. I would rate the demo an 8.5, and I'm sure I'll score the retail version of Too Human, higher. It's a great game and I recommend playing through the demo more than once to get a true feel for the controls, skill tree, and loot.
