Too many FPS or is it just me?

Is it just me or does it seem like every game now is a FPS? I have nothing against them i love FPS and play them all the time, i wouldnt trade COD 4 for anything. But it just seems like everything that comes out and every preview is for a FPS game.

Maybe in crazy (i am) but what do you think?

Don't worry the same feeling here but, you know that if they are produces more and more FPS the players will becoming uninterested

Just because they get released, doesn't mean you have to buy or play them.

I agree. It's so gratifying! :)

I believe XBOX 360 is the console for shooters,
many other types of games for XBOX are welcome,

but games like Bioshock and Halo will always be highest rated.

There wasn't before, but now they are releasing some crappy ass ones. The ONLY good FPS's are

Halo 3

Call of Duty 4

Rainbow Six Vegas 2

Shadowrun

why? Because they take skill (not really in CoD4)

Absolutely too many FPS games:

RB6 Vegas 1 and 2, COD 2,3 and 4, Ghost Recon 1, FEAR, FarCry, Timeshift, Jerico, Blacksite Area 51, Bioshock, The Darkness, Halo, The Orange Box...and many more to go. I want more Hack and Slash games!

Same here although there's also a few RPG's coming out i can't wait for those.
