try muting your mic... I realized that there's no need to talk when playing online, you might think you need to, but you really don't, so enjoy the games without hearing other players if it disturbs you that much.

I just recently go to the point where i listen to what people say pre-game and mute the idiots off the bat.

IMO a mic does make all the difference, I need to wear the mic even if I am not on Live, it is crazy. Also with no mic and if yu can hear the players it is actually the most annoying thing ever, you just want to talk but you cannot. All the questions I could answer were being asked when I don't have a mic.

Back to the topic thou,yes I agree but, females are not common on Xbox Live, most players don't know what to do when a female enters a lobby and react inappropriately. I have actually played with about... 3 females in about 3 years of Xbox Live. I need to get around.

Yeah. I try to be the nice guy and try to start a nice conversation but then some idiot chimes in and makes some sexist remark, which makes matters worse.

For many people this fun is not only in playing the game itself, but in cussing and making fun of people.

I know. I think that should be an option for filing a complaint: Sexism and Racism. It just makes others on xbox live have a crappy gaming experience.

If you ask me there should be more people like us teaching idiots like this a lesson. Just because a person is different from you because of race or gender doesnt mean you can harass them.

Sometimes it's funny like when I was on Halo 2 and I was in a party and we joined this room full of KSI girls and one of the people in my party says "look at all dem b*****s".....that was funny.

Although I have 3 lesbians on my friends list and it's quite funny to hear guys hit on them.

No i want people to stop being total ****s and treat people respect at least on the terms of at least just their race or sex. I still think they're their fair game for being picked on if they're obnoxious, idiotic, crap at the game, or just made a joke about your mother.

While some heated games could warrant some choice words, (everyone has unwittingly screamed "f@ck! or sh!z" while in a particularly excited game moment) its the blatant sexism, racism and just plain immaturity that turns off a lot of people. This problem will undoubtedly never go away, xbox live like most online gaming is mostly anonymous, there will always be some poor unfortunate soul who doesn't have the balls to say things in real life and chooses to be an @$$hole in game to compensate. Thankfully most online games are catching up with times and implementing blocks and the sort.Fathomglow

I use foul language constantly on Xbox Live, even casually. But i never blatantly attack someone because of race or gender. It's just something I see as unecessary on live. You're only playing a game. if you really hate certain groups that much, then go join the KKK or other group like that.

Theres 3 of us now what should we be called? The Musketeers, Mighty Ducks, or possibly Defenders Of Women Honor Not That They Cant Do It Themselves Its Just That We Like To Help Our Fellow Man,Woman.

I know that last ones a mouthful but i think it works well.
