The only other really good one is Fallout 3, but then all you have are western RPGs. There are a plethora of mediocre eastern RPGs on the 360, nothing that really stands out, probably Eternal Sonata rises to the top. Only really worth getting if you can find it cheap, which you probably can now.
It appears that you enjoy Western RPG's (as do I)... Fallout 3 is the obvious game missing from your collection. You may also want to try out Two Worlds, it got spotty reviews but you can pick it up on the cheap and if you enjoy tongue in cheek humor and can get past some of the campy dialog it has a pretty good RPG engine under the hood.
Quite honestly, as much as people loved Fable II I find it more of a love it or hate it game. You clearly play more Western RPG's, so I'd probably go for ToV just to change things up, it's fairly different from something like Fallout 3 or Oblivion.
Fallout 3 Mass Effect Oblivion I would avoid Two Worlds. It is like a cheap imitation of Oblivion and was horrificly buggy and unpolished when it was first released. A lot of people bought it because they had enjoyed Oblivion, and while it can be fun if you really put a lot of effort into it, for many it just isn't worth the time and effort - there are much better games to be playing that are fun and enjoyable from the start.
