trading in 360

anyone know what happens when you trade in a console at eb games? like do they check if it works, try i game, etc?

They check it and your not going to get a lot of credit in return.

gamestop checks and they own eb now they check and its 30 dollars with a controller

I would not trade my Xbox 360 if I were you,you should wait till E3 is finished and wait till the smoke clears first.

Please consider trading in the roof over your head instead. The 360 is.

I want to get rid of my 360 because i just got the RROD, and its my 9th 360 now and im fed up. Plainning to trade in my 360 with the games to get PS3.

Know, its a new one from the 360 repair centre, i just got it.

Seriously.. you're on your 9th? Well i would keep it since the 360s are reliable now (because of the Jasper chip), if not they're atleast getting more reliable. You won't get much money for it anyway, especially if you plan on trading for a ps3.

Smart man. But don't sell the stuff at Gamestop/EB Games. You'll get ripped off big time. Sell it on Amazon or Ebay.

Considering i've only had to send it in once, bad luck would be sending it in 3 or 4 times in my book; but 9 times??? (or maybe he said he's on his 9th, w/e)

I'm just saying it's more likely that he's not taking all the steps for proper system ventilation (i.e. leaving in on carpet/rug, enclosed in a tight space), or maybe he has or had one of those fan adaptors that sapped all the power from the console.

I have no fan, and i treat my consoles like babys, and yes im on my 9TH 360.

Just recently Traded my pro 20gb xbox 360 that had the 3 rings of death. I would have gotten $44 in cash but I got about $62 in store credit and had a mini shopping spree.

Seriously, you have the worst luck ever or your lieing. My first PS3 broke the night I got MGS4 so you will have at least 4 of them. I have had 2 360s, but I still cant believe you had 9.

get a ps3 i did and don't regret it at all.
