Im just curious as to how many of you guys out there traded in Halo 3 in the wake of COD4. If u simply traded it in id still like to know, but im most interested in those who traded it in because or for COD4 or even Assassins creed.
Nope, not trading Halo 3 myself.....great game. CoD4 is a very cool game, but I personally think that it doesn't live up to it's promise and surprisingly is disappointing in some key areas, what happened IW? (won't go into them now :P) Great game non the less, but far from the often touted Game of the Year etc.......would not trade Halo 3 for it......it's a keeper, just my personal opinion. CoD4 is worth a purchase.
I would trade in COD 4 before i traded in my Halo 3 not to sure whats with this whole entire anti-halo thing but i love Halo 3 with the many innovative things they've done such as saved films and forge mode things can only get better when the new Halo 3 maps come out.

Dude...not everybody who is trading in Halo3 dislikes it. It was an awsome franchise from the beginning to the end, but it is hard to build on something that is flawless. Other then updating the graphics, bungie couldn't do much more with the game. I will be trading it in soon only because the trade-in value is high but I will pick it up again in the future.
Well I sold Halo, but I sold it online and it had nothing to do with Call of Duty 4, I just didn't like it and I had no care what so ever to ever play it again.
I traded in Halo 3 towards AC but I would have traded it in anyway once I got CoD4 for sure because Halo 3 is just a mediocre game with too much hype. I was very glad I got $35 for it though!
i dont like selling games...they give u like half price for it. i just throw it under my bed. never to be touched by mankind again. but no i still play halo 3 (havnt beaten it..just bought it last week)

Same for me, instead of under my bed it disappears somwhere and never to be seen again, then i find the box years later i open the case and to my amusement.. no disk. Thats how it useally goes down for me lol.
