you guys with x41, do you have it on dolby or bypass. I never mess with it but i try it on bypass the other day and it sound better to me for some reason.

I dont have the manual but i thoughtbypass is a option for addittional headphone right?

If your turn on the bypass, you are going to hear the raw stereo signal. The sound will be more "pushed up" against your ears like a standard headset. Turning the bypass off will put you back into 7.1 mode (as long as your connected with the digital optical cable) and the sound will be "pushed out" and sounds will be more accurate to the true position. Keep the bypass off, and get used to the surround sound. If you coming from a stereo headset, it can take a little to get used to but is truly awesome.
