Undertow is horrible!

I think the most I got out of it was wasted hard drive space. At least that was free.

I'll probably sap it for the achievements but I can only handle it at short bursts.

Thanks anyway Microsoft. At least they did SOMETHING.

Yes the game is open for download until the 28th I think. The game overall was alright, nothing spectacular. I probably will get the achievements for it and forget about it until I need the HDD space :P

The story is horrible. The gameplay is subpar. The visuals on the other hand are the best I've seen in an arcade game. But as they say, graphics aren't everything. I only downloaded it for the achievements.

I just got my xbox360 recently but i really don't get what the big deal is with achievement points. Why play a game just for achievement points if you don't even enjoy the game much to begin with?...i don't get it.

Thats what I thought when I first got my Xbox 360, but now I'm hooked and obviously its not just me. But I should say that I know a lot of people who don't care about achievment points and they are all very casual gamers. I think its more of a hard-core gamers that strive of achievment points, mostly for bragging purposes, and the challenge of trying to get them.

welcome to acheivement junkies. I am also one. Its just a pride thing. Some people go further then others though just to get them. M$ has run contests before though for free games depending on your gamerscore so it does have benefits to have a higher score.

You got some valid points, makes sence. I guess i just havn't been sucked into the whole acheivement point thing, maybe it'll grow on me.

When I got my first 1000 points for a game and so had totally completed it I felt really good. After that I was totally hooked on achievements and that urge to complete that next game!

spent 5 minutes on it, will most likely never play it again.

my thoughts: teh suck.

The game has god awful graphics, the game play sucks, and they were originally going to charge us 800 points for this piece of S***. The least they could have done is make a mildly decent game free. Undertow is nearly as bad as Yaris.KittensWithBeer

The whole concept of the game is just lame. I mean they added a story to the singleplayer portion of the game,wtf were the developers thinking?

After that awesome review in GameInformer, I was highly disappointed.

It was nothing special at all.

The game is alright, it looks nice and everything but it's boring... there's not much to it. It's very quiet, there's a battle going on but you can barely hear anything, no explosions or anything.ag1002
