Yup. I'm nearly finished the first chapter and i've enjoyed it so far. In my opinion its like a cross between CONAN and FABLE. Nice and bloody with a fairly simple control scheme like CONAN and the world you explore reminds me of FABLE only not as linear. As i said i'm just finishing the first chapter and it was fairly big. I can only assume that the later levels will be larger and more difficult. It has been pretty easy up to this point. If you do decide to play it, keep in mind that vikings cant swim! smokeyf
That's a pretty good comparison. I kinda thought that the world looked similiar to World of Wacraft, in terms of how colourful it is (when it's not raining). It's definitely a fun game and in my opinion worth the money. Just keep in mind that it is a hack-n-slash game and with that in mind you'll have fun and enjoy it.
Brilliant Game - though i am stuck on a bit, (quite early in got the game today), and need help (ish) :p.RaseshX
Trust me, it only gets worse. That's one problem some people will have with the game, it doesn't hold your hand like most games do! It makes it more challenging though, I think.

Yeah I figured, And that's what i loved about that game, but the thing is it's a bit like 'here's the task, do it' nothing in the middle of it, and right now I need to do some stealth things but i dunno, i need to do that part where you have to charge uyor dragon amulet in that portal thing in darkwood or w/e, but i can't seem to get there without about 600 legions hacking at my eyes![QUOTE="fenwickhotmail"]I'm on the fence about this one. What's the gameplay like?RaseshXIt's a bit like Fable , though the enviorment is completly different. The other guy said Fable + Conan, but I havn't played Conan so i dunno, But it's a great game,.
Wow its like fable? How is this implemented because i thought it was a hack n slash game

On the fence on backside of Darkwater, facing the beach, you'll see a blanket draped over the fence. Climb up on that and jump down. Then move to your left along the wall. you'll have to stealth kill about 5-8 guys on your way. Once you get up on the top of the wall, where the archers are, SNEAK PAST THEM! Fight all temptations you have to pick them of. They are in groups of 3, so after the first one is down, the rest of Darkwater will soon swarm you. Once you make it past the archers, jump down and you'll see the red glowing circle where you need to charge the amulet. Tap B quickly. Once done turn around to where you just jumped down from and you'll see a pile of crates. Climb up those and make a break for the runestone off in the distance. Teleport to the ancient ruins and summon the dragon.

And I just instantly die.Yeah that's what i do! That's weird. I made it on my second attempt. :?
It's a bit like Fable , though the enviorment is completly different. The other guy said Fable + Conan, but I havn't played Conan so i dunno, But it's a great game,.[QUOTE="RaseshX"][QUOTE="fenwickhotmail"]I'm on the fence about this one. What's the gameplay like?fenwickhotmail
Wow its like fable? How is this implemented because i thought it was a hack n slash game
If you think about it, how far off of a hack n slash was Fable? The fighting aspect anyways. I was more comparing it to Fable in regards to the environment, graphics, characters and artistic view. The Conan relation has to do with the combo's, quick button prompts and bloody slo-motion.
