Ok, my wallet has limits and I can only choose on eof these two game, personally I like all games in general and if you want to se my taste you can look at my collection. Both are completely different games that have gotten similar scores. I like action games but I also like building as well as strategy games. Which game is better overall. BTW my TV is a 26 inch SDTV flatscreen. And for anybody who asks me if I can't make up my own mind , well I just can't, they're both good game.

I haven't played Viva Pinata, but I can vouch for Dead Rising. It's a very good game but frustrates alot of people. I'd say rent it first and see if you like it.

Buy them used. I bought Viva Pinata a couple of weeks ago for $35. Dead Rising should be around that price also, so you might want to save 10 extra bucks and get them both for 70

lol, explain to me how theese games are even related to each other. One you kill thousands of zombies in a mall with whatever you can find. and the other you play as a pinata frolicing in the meadows. ummmm I see no contest, dead rising is the winner

Is eBay an option, can get both for about the price of one that way.
I would choose viva only because i have played both and i had more fun playing it, i also found that dead rising got verry boaring after little time so..
Viva pinata,IT may start out a cute friendly game but after 4 hours your whacking pinata 's with shovels.And trying to make the perfect strategic garden.
