Especially at Wal Mart... a loss for Wal Mart is a victory for small business. A victory for small business is a victory for freedom.

Exactly, sure its not the ethical thing to do but its not even going to hurt wallmart..they are to rich to be hurt! The battle for freedom has just begun!

Trust me. I would have bought more. I felt bad though because it was $50 and I was getting it for $11. I wanted to walk out of the store with at least one in my hand. I was worried that if I had bought 4, like I wanted to, I would not have been able to buy any. I wish I would have purchased one more! :)

if its what the advertised price is , that is what they have to sell it to you for. its company policy. if its a screwup, they give it to you for that price and then change it right after that.

I know but when the product was on some Cellphone car charger hook. I didn't want to take the chance. O-well I am enjoying Shivering Isles, Uno, and my 1100 points waiting to be spent for $11.

Its always the instore workers that lose out though.
I worked in a petrol station(ESSO) a while back, outside was a rack of bunched flowers for purchase. It was outta view of stall but some kids and there mum knicked all the flowers and drove off. I man came in and told me but they had gone when I went out, with about £50 of flowers. Only flowers but at the end of the month I realised that the manager had docked the £50 off my wages. I argued about with them but to no avail since I was under 18 at the time and employees under the age of 18 in the UK have a hard time when it comes to work since are rights are so complex no one really knows whats right and whats not.

Communism? If that were the case you wouldn't have small business or Wal-Mart.
Nice find.
You had 2 options:
1, buy one at a great deal and walk away happy and they are allowed to correct their mistake.
2, grab the entire lot, slap all 40 down on there and demand they sell them to you for the advertised price. Possibly walk out of there with alot of money, or none at all.
You made the safer decision, although you will never know if you could have walked out of there with all 40 for $11 each. ;)
