I have a pretty good rig, i can run the latest games smooth as silk, but thats not the prob...

i dont like pc gaming anymore because of the crappy pc ports, compare a xbox or a ps3 version of the game with the pc version,

thats a lot of difference. and all the cool titles are coming to the consoles, man i want to play brutal legend so bad :D

and i dont like the ps 3 either. the xbox 360 has a hell lot of more features, and better online stuff in my opinion.

so please people out there should i get a 360? is it worth it (of course it is) :P please advice me ;)

I'd say that if you have the money to get a 360 I'd go for it. But a mouse and keyboard is usually better than a controller.

Really if You have a pc there really isnt much for you to have because every game that is any good for the xbox will eventually come out on PC so if you really want an XBOX 360 now get it but i would hold out till the end of the year. Xbox live however is better if you want alot more competition in your shooter games and fighting games being that it has one of the largest memberships of anything worldwide.

Get a 360. You must, I MEAN MUST, get live or it's not worth it. And if you are no near your router get a wireless adapter. Get Call of Duty for live and maybe Halo 3. Because a lot of people play them

Don't do it. You already have the best gaming system. Why downgrade?

and also another reason is that you always have to upgrade your pc, and i dont want to do that anymore, some **** stuff.....

the frame rate drops, game freezes, crashes, download stupid updates and search for them all the time, multiplayer servers are full with cheaters, my pc is overheating, driver issues and more and more and more anmdrakdabdb............ ive been struggling with all these things since 10 years.. and its time to say **** off and get a shiny new, cool console (and thats the XBOX 360) the only thing i hesitated was that the metal gear series are ps3 exclusives, but kojima said that he brings all the mgs stuff to the 360 so no more hesitation, im getting it :D

buy a pro/premium 360. it is the best out of all of them if u don't download a lot of things. i would say that a lot of the 360 games come to the PC.

Then get the PS3 if you really don't want the PC. Metal Gear is still primarily Sony. And the PlayStation gets Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker:D

Some of the best games are on both Pc and Xbox 360.

If you want to play for example mass effect or a graphicly demanding game and it won't run on your pc you can get it for the 360 instead, Thats what i usally do.

So if you can afford it go for it, even if you play the pc more there will be 360 games you will like, it has a lot of stuff.

Not to mention MAG Seriously though Computer gaming has been so stale the last few years the consoles have taken over, go with either a 360 or ps3 for true competition nowadays since the amount of hacking/glitching are somewhat limited. You did know you can buy a keyboard/mouse adapter for both systems right? I played Halo with keyboard/mouse when I had a 360.

I was in the same spot a couple of years ago. I have all-ways Benn a fan of the Rainbow Six games for the pc. with the their one Rainbow Six: Raven shield was a great game, but the amount of hackers and cheats turned me away. so in 2006 I got the xbox 360, and I could not be happier.

Thanks I miss my gaming rig and I loved the mouse and keyboard for shooters, especially Counter-Strike Source.

After my gaming rig died I was so upset that I couldn't play CSS. If my current PC was up to it I would play it again but I got a 360 and bought a cheap PC.

I'm surprised Valve hasn't cashed in on a new Counter Strike for Consoles and PC. I know I'd buy it immediately.

i'm not sure that the majority of the Xbox Live population are mature enough to handle Counter-Stirke. The PSN players should be able to handle it, but not the immature 10 year-olds on Live.

As long as I can have a new Counter Strike I'll be happy.
