Warranty doesn't help me

I've had my xbox repaired twice already, once for freezing randomly, once for the three rings, and now it's giving me a new error. Every game I put into the console brings me to a DVD-esque screen that tells me "To play this game insert this disc into an Xbox 360 console." (Which alone boggles the mind) So this new three year warranty does **** all for me.

Sidenote: I take excellent care of my consoles.
