Has to be GTA, the club? what do you think?
Ninja Gaiden 2, Gears 2, Fable 2, and Lost Oddysey are the biggest 360 exlcusives. Some multiplats are GTA IV, Devil May Cry 4, and Burnout Paradise.
Ninja Giaden 2, Fable 2, Gears 2 (if it comes out next year), GTA4, and I'm looking forward to Mercenaries 2 and Prototype.
