As far as a new Xbox 360 game, I honestly do not know. I only just recently finished Bioshock with 1000/1000, finished Halo 3 1000/1000, and am playing through The BIGS to try and get 1000/1000. I was thinking about trading the two in for a newer game or two, but I honestly don't kn ow what I'd want to get in their place. What really annoys me is all these games that have **** singleplayer and expect to have it excused/made up for by having an overhyped multiplayer component. I just cannot enjoy a game (that's supposed to be SP and MP) long-term if the SP sucks, period - when that happens, I don't even stick around long enough to even try the MP part of it. What is also annoying me is just the fact that now most games seems to make the majority of their achievements attainable only in the multiplayer (Gears of War, Halo 3, etc.). As ridiculously hard as it gets to be for some of these, it really gets to demoralize someone from wanting to play the game at all. I look at achievements as being able to get the most/complete experience out of a game, and when they do that, it's like "ha ha, we know our game blows, but until you do this, it means you haven't played it fully! ROFLomgwtf!1!1!!" I can understand having one that can be achieved in both modes and allowing a player preference to be able to unlock them in either SP or MP, but those MP-only achievements end up being more work than they're worth. That being said, I only just recently heard UT3 was going to be available on Xbox 360 as well, but I am thinking I may grab that on PC instead. So honestly I'm trying to think of what else has good SP coming out that is on the 360.
Well I am getting Rock Band and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Already have them paid off.
I hope I can afford Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed. Ill just con my wife into buying them for me. Or Ill just buy her some jewelry which in turn will make it ok for me to get those games lol.
Mass Effect for sure, possibly Call of Duty 4 closer around Christmas/Birthday....all depends on how good CoD 4's single player is. Halo 3 will be able to hold me off for a while though.

To be honest, I'm not really sure. I'm a much more casual gamer now as opposed to before because of school so I hardly play my 360 at all though I guess part of the reason is that I have nothing fun right now. Halo 3 has bored me even though I haven't even finished the campaign.
I played the CoD4 demo and was instantly hooked but I fear like with Halo 3 that I will get bored of it soon. I actually think I want a change from the typical FPS. Perhaps skate or something else. Not really sure..who knows I may get nothing at all.
Im picking up Call of Duty 4 and Mass Effect both on release day. I would love to get Assassins Creed but Im most likely going to have to wait till Christmas to get it and Ill definatly have to wait till Christmas to get Kane And Lynch.

I sent in my XBox360 in for repairs about 2 weeks ago. Apparently, they couldn't fix it, and sent me a replacement console. Gone are my doubts about MicroSoft customer service.
Oh, and Assassin's Creed and CoD4. But gonna rent both first. I can't buy games blindly anymore...
