I actually like racing games just fine. I'm looking to pick up Hot Pursuit sometime soon. :D

The new Hot Pursuit is made by Criterion, so it handles a lot like the Burnout games...which means it's an easy, arcade style racer. I'm not a big fan of racing sims like Forza either...I don't feel racing sims translate over to console controls well. Maybe if you play them with a sweet steering wheel setup it's better...

My favorite racing games for the 360 are project gotham,forza 3 and the motoGP series :)

Forza Motorsport 3 is my current favorite, with Burnout 2 being my next favorite (back when that came out I played it for hours and hours with my friends).

I'm so curious about GT5 though, it's my next purchase for my lonely PS3. Can't wait to see this game in action!

Look up the definition of treason, tool. Editing your posts is most certainly NOT treason lmao. It does go against Gamespot's rules though...but I've been suspended enough times not to care.

For the 360 it would have to be PGR because that is the only one I ever really got into. Although I haven't played much else for racing games on the 360. I also LOVE anything with atvs or bikes.

He's talking about the PS3's Yellow Light of Death...similar to the 360's RROD. But he's wrong about the failure rates...PS3 do break like 360's do, but not nearly as much. I actually had my blu-ray drive stop reading blu-rays on my first PS3, and to make matters worse, they wouldn't fix it for free...So I sold it to someone who was pretty sure he could fix it, and just bought a new one....needed another good blu-ray solution, and being a gamer, I'm going to go for a PS3...

I haven't played a wide variety of racing games on the 360, but I really love Blur.

I picked it up last weekend when it was on sale for Black Friday, and I was impressed. The main menu is slick, the power-ups are beastly, the multiplayer is addictive. It's a really enjoyable game for me.

I have the PS3 slim and the 360 slim...the PS3 actually is bigger, but who the hell cares? Whatever spot you put your 360, the PS3 would fit too. So the "too big" argument is irrelevant....Much like everything Xbox360fanboy15 says.

My favorite racing game for the 360 is FM3. My favorite racing series is the Tokyo Extreme Racer series. Love racing on the C1.

I've had the most fun with Need for Speed series. Namely, Undercover and Shift. Forza is pretty good as well, but I like arcade racing games more than sim. Shift is more arcade than sim, but it has the perfect balance for me. Best racing game to date in terms of fun factor. Cockpit view rocks.Elann2008
