What does this mean, any ideas?

This morning i tried to sign into my xbox live account and it said that it had been used on another console even though i played on my own console last night. When i go on recover gamertag it says that my email adress or password are wrong even though they arnt. I dont know what to do as i cant remember the answer to my secrete question or my alternate email address. i have sent an email out to microsoft costomer support as they told me to on the phone but i cant see them being much help.

Does this mean my live account and my email adress have been hacked?

Basically, I can tell you that somebody has acquired your username and password, recovered your gamertag on their console and changed your details.

I suggest running a scan for viruses and spyware, you may have a keylogger.

Is your password kinda obvious? Or have you typed in your details on a friend's PC?

If you've transferred that account from another xbox, then maybe someone with your old xbox used your account and changed the info. Or if you took your account to a friend's xbox by memory card and someone else is using it. Either that or you've been hacked or something.
