I'd have to say COD 4. yes, I know I sound like everyone else, but this is the one game I virtually have no problems with. The gameplay is perfect for my tastes. The only thing they could've improved on is a longer campaign.
The Orange Box would be a definite, but, in all honesty, the only game of the bunch on that cd that deserves a 10 outright is Portal. Half-life 2 was very good, but not exactly original. Another candidate for top marks would be Resident Evil 4. Just couldn't get over how well everything in that game was put together.
Personally, out of the XBox 360 games that I have played, I wouldn't give any of them a 10/10 (Note, this is only the ones that I have played, I'm not gonna list them so I don't wanna hear any "What do you mean? this game deserved a 10!"), but once again this is merely my own opinion.
