When I played FEAR online I honestly felt like it was screaming CS:S to me. I played source for a long time, and it was an easy feeling to play FEAR because of how similar they were.

 I hear ya (even though I haven't played FEAR) but it sounds like it's more of the same to CS:S. RS:V builds upon the same formula and the gameplay and strategy has changed dramatically. At least, more than CS anyway, where it lacked strategy alltogether. Now, can I have some cool, sexy cake as well?Â

Go with R6V its definently the closest to CS:S since it has that same "Law inforcement Vs. Terrorist" game play. It dosent have a buy wepon system but some weapons are locked untill you get promoted. Plus if you have the camera you can scan your face, play as yourself online and earn a smooth 30 achievement points while your at it.

IMO Gears SP was better than MP, I think its because its only 8 people online and also because I don't like games that takes clips of an auto rifle to kill someone. Also because since everyone in Gears is on steroids, I cant differ my team and enemies easily. So I geuss its R6V FTW!( I have FEAR for PC, it was good, but that was last year) FTW!!!8)
And to me... FEAR and CSS differ greatly, CSS is the step right, shoot, step left shoot, A headshot kill game. FEAR is jump left, crouch, stand, run around the corner, then Chuck Norris kick em in the face, and spray n pray

Not that I recommend it, but Perfect Dark Zero has a mode that pretty much rips of CS, with the weapon purchasing and armor and what not. I suppose some people could deem that "fun".
