What game to get next?

I just picked up a 360, and was wondering on what game to get next? I have Rock Band, CoD4, Halo 3, and Forza 2, and I am probably going to get one more.

I'm leaning towards Mass Effect, but is there another standout game that I should also get?

It depends... do you want a game that is fun to play or a game that is fun to play with others...

If you want other people to play with others... ie... multiplayer... you will more than likely want a newer game because most older games have a very small user base remaining because they are all playing new games...

If you just want a game that is fun to play or if you want achievments then we need to know what kinds of games you like to play because we all have our own opinions on what games are good and what games are bad... so asking us what we think you should get could start arguments or you could disagree with us...

As for my opinions... Mass Effect is an awesome game with a shooting system similar to Gears of War... cover and over the shoulder view are the same apart from you auto cover near walls without pressing the A button... I think this is an awesome game with an awesome story with a lot of replayability with the different classes and the different ways the story could end based on the way you play the game (paragon(good) or renegade(evil))

Another game I think is a good single player game to get is Saints Row... If you liked any GTA game in the past and you are a fan of Third Person Shooters... this is an awesome game... you design a character and play through a very extensive campaign against 3 different rival gangs... as well as hundreds(yes hundreds) of levels of sidequest and missions... it still has a dedicated multiplayer fan base as well... so if you like that you can make a character and go online for a round or two with some people on there...

But like I said before... we need to know what you enjoy playing to make an informed decision on what type of game you should purchase next...

Orange Box is a very good deal... you get 4 full singleplayer games and a good multiplayer game all for the price of one... And I don't recommend Bioshock... I might not see eye to eye with people on this... but after I beat Bioshock... I just didn't feel like playing it again... I had an awesome time beating the game and saving all of the little sisters... but after I got my good ending and completed the game... I simply just didn't feel like playing it again...

You may want to rent Assassin's creed or maybe even buy it... In my opionion it is an awesome game... some people think the game is super reptitive, but it only seems that way when you are in a rush to finish the game... if you actually listen during the investigations and do them all... it lets in a lot of backstory and info into the game and your target... most people I know just do the 3 easiest which are eavesdrop and while they are doing it they don't even listen to the conversation they just sit there thinking to themselves "C'mon I don't care I just want to kill this guy" and to that type of person the game does seem repetitive... so if you are patient and like a good in depth story... Assassin's creed is an awesome and extremely fun game with a lot of replay value...

This man has knowlege. Get Mass Effect and the Bioshock, they're the two best games on 360.

I have Assassin's Creed (PS3), and I also don't want Gears of War (I just didn't like it when I played it @ a friend's). Also, I have The Orange Box (minus TF2 and portal...I really want Portal though, but I don't want to buy the OB just to play it).

My choices (ATM) are: Madden (because I've always been into sports games and I haven't played it on a next-gen system yet), BioShock (because...yeah...), and Mass Effect (I've always been into RPGs and I played KOTOR at least 8 times through).

I would say the Orange box I love it and have played it for months!
