What games are there like Left 4 Dead?

I just want to play a game that has no story and it gets straight to the point . Like Left 4 DEad, pick a chapter, select a character, and get through the game from safehouse to safehouse

To be honest, Halo 3 is sort of like this. The only real collectibles are skulls and even then you can just skip to whatever chapter you want and just find the skull after you've played the campaign through just once. Granted, the campaign is not nearly as interesting or fun as the one in Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2, but in Halo 3 you have the multiplayer to fall back on.

Just a thought.

killing floor on pc, dont know if they will ever port it to 360 though.
