personally ill be all for the drums although i will buy the guitar later on. I always wanted to play the drums or guitar but right now my guitar craving is set with guitar hero so i will get the drums first. What about everyone else?
Im going to go for the Vocal / Guitar combination. I actually might get singing lessons, Singstar scores me high, so I think I am well good at singing then embarrass myself when I am out.

Why not name the game something like "The Band" or something so they can expand the music beyond Rock. Not everyone likes Rock!!! We could have played like Jazz or Blues or something....something else besides Rock!!!

Yeah the drums look interesting because it seems you could actually learn to play real drums with this game or at least learn how to form patterns and beats better.
Guitar for me. I will probably get the drums too but I am getting that game for the Guitar aspect of it. I can't get enough of Guitar Hero so this is just another one for me. :wink:

Well, Rock is a pretty wide catagory if you incorporate what it used to be and what it has become today, but your right it would be cool if it had like a Campagne for every type of music like there would be a Rock Band, Jazz Band, Punk Band, and Country Band (Ewww) i think that would be cool.
you know what guys, I am an electric bass player and I am mad no one chose it, I am crying. Now I am going to eat a tub of ice cream and rock out to message in a bottle.
I'd think that since everyone has played Guitar Hero, that most people are mostly interested in the drums or the vocals. Myself, I am great at Guitar Hero, so I'll end up playing Guitar anyways, although I'll probably play drums as well, as it's something new.
I dont need a rock band game instrument I'll just play my REAL Guitar in a REAL Rock Band with my REAL talent. It's a whole lot more fun and requires a lot more talent. But dont get me wrong, I loved Guitar Hero, so I will probably get all the instruments if I can, and play guitar and let my friends play the rest. But i'm not gonna waste all my time when I could be using my time better playin a real instrument.
