something that breaks down when you want to play it and the gets to take a permanent vacation to texas to be replaced by a "fixed" 360 thus repeating the cycle

A magical item where I can become a man in a greensuit that jumps really high, as well as a kickass gangsta soldier that fights aliens called locusts, oh and dont forget the part where i can beat up giant men in scuba diver masks with a wrench. It also let's me D-block homeless people on the streets as a Russian immigrant.
I think that it's something squareish and it says Xbox 360 on it, also you can put games inside it and play games. Games are fun. I like games. Basically I'm not sure what the materials are but I thinnk it's mostly plastic. The coolest part about the 360 has to be the fact that you can play games on it.
a great system that somehow people still need to complain about i know that there's problems with the hardware, blah blah blah i've had it happen to me once but honestly, it took a week and a half to get back to me the people that complain about it aren't really thinking about the economics of this they get a new system for free, and only have to wait a small amount of time to get it microsoft handled the situation decently enough for me, they definitely could've done a lot worse and when i got it back i was completely content i love my 360 love it enough to just look forward to getting it back, not just complain that there was a problem with it if anyone truly has a problem with it and isn't satisfied then they can simply cancel any xbox live account, sell the system when they receive it because they're afraid of another hardware failure, and use that money (and then some) to get a PS3
i'd say it's the dangerous alternative, since you can get addicted to gaming too. it can ruin your life potentially. think about it, you can:
A. get obese
B. get way behind on your schoolwork/jobwork.
C. lose brain cells
D. get bad eyesight
E. lose social skills
F. get an anger problem
G. run out of money getting sixty dollar games
Seems just like drugs to me...
same goes for any gaming system except the losing brain cells, i'd like to hear where you got that inane information cell phones kill brain cells gaming systems don't
I am very happy with it. To me its a casual machine. I play it a few times a week, but it serves my playstyle perfectly. I also have a Wii but it doesnt see much play time atm, except for DONT LAUGH wii fit :P Seriously though I love my 360 an I think its a great machine with great games, MS really stepped it up this time, now next time if they can provide the good games again with as solid as a machine as the first xbox we will be set :)

I liked it when i didnt have online it was pretty cool however when i got DSL online xbl gold it blew my mind!8) It also blew my mind at how many times i had to do the towl trick just to play it.
Pretty much just for exclusives, Gears and Viva Pinata mostly. Oh, and it also plays the fifteenish HD DVD's I was dumb enough to buy (Heroes season 1 was HD exclusive, I knew HD would flop buy Sylar is the man).
A almost perfect gaming machine. That just needs a controller converter so i can play steel battalion again. I hate having to bring out that monolith just to play SB. A reaally good MMORPG would be nice.
has the best library of all the consoles this gen. certainly had my moneys worth from it although i think its starting to show its age a little technically
A 360 for me is a machine that I use to calm down, refocus and to balance out my aggression. For in my job I don't get to do that, it is also a way to get away from reality.
No good lord it's just a game system, it's not the best I've owned either, (I believe the top 3 consoles of all time are the PS2,SNES,N64 in that order.). The 360 is fun and all but that's all it is, a console, sometimes when I get a new game I'll play for hours, and sometimes it can be left untouched for weeks.
A very good gaming system with great "added" entertainment features. It is my favorite videogame system, right next to the Sega Genesis. If I could only surf the net and check the weather on it, I would never turn it off. ;)
To me Xbox 360 is a relief system. My life gets so stressful sometimes that, even though while I am in online games sometimes I am freaking out, it helps me get the relaxation I need after school, work, and other stuff I have to do every day. I am so glad Microsoft made them, I don't know where I'd be without it, seriously.
