EU stands for European Union and sometimes are used as abbreviation to the whole European continent.

E stands for europe or something. for example if you see a release dat followed by EU it means the this is the release date for something in Europe. EXAMPLE: 12th march 2008 (EU)

Yes, EU = European union, Something about product control on ea's side, apparently they aren't fans of import.

EU refers to European Union or Europe in general.

It's the European version of the game. Army of Two is region locked so there's multiple versions of it because the lag would just kill their servers.

Why didn't that happen with Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4?

It looks like EA sucks at On-line so much that they had to region lock people so they can't play with their friends. ;)
