You can't prove the best 360 game out with facts, because opinion determines the best. I would say that it depends on the kind of game you want as well.
I think it just makes sense to say GOW because it is probably the game that pops into most people's minds-- IMO (and you have to use opinion to critique a game in the first place): R6, Dead Rising, and Oblivion are standing at the top. Another way to look at it is that I play mostly sports games and GOW was in my system for a very very long time.Great game, too short, repetitive multiplayer...so basically we're all waiting for number two! With that said, I honestly think the best is yet to come and even in the sports world the newest Madden should be the best of any sports game so far.
I would have to say gears of war only out of fact beacuse it was rated really good has a really online lots of good achievments if youare into them and is in the top five games of the year and for the 360 is the best game of the year.
