I don't want to by a Microsoft 360 4gb memory stick just to move my saved games this one time.

Can I use a regular usb memory stick?

Why don't you buy the hardrive transfer cable, they're about $20 I believe. It transfers everything from your old 360 to the new one, or you can pick what you want it to transfer.
