Kingdom Hearts 3, not as in the small sequels on gameboy or psp, but the next big game for a console. I really hope though that it won't be a playstation exclusive title.
Also Assassin's Creed 2, if they improve from the first game it might be really epic. The next Prince of persia as well.
Looking forward to the next guitar hero/guitar hero 5 or w/e it will be called as well. They always release a new title at fall/winter, but they haven't announced it yet.
To all of you saying you want sequels to Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Mass Effect, Splinter Cell, and Assassins Creed: for the record, they have all been announced (unless you decided to disregard the title of the topic and just listed sequels you were looking forward to, and already knew this). Anyway, I would like another MDK game to come out.
I can't believe I am about to publicly admit this but I want a too human sequel. One that is longer with 4 player co-op and a longer more fleshed out storyline and the option to change the control scheme so more people will buy it
Hitman. Seriously that game really needs to be done properly, I mean a complete overhaul, free-roaming city, multiple approaches for hits etc. IMAGINE! earning money to spend on information on informants you have to find and unlock in a huge city, the choice of hitting a target on the street, at home or at work and multiple paths to do it each way. Enemies that are smarter than a stunned herring so there's a reason other than OCD to play it stealthy. Multiplayer! My GOD! Multiplayer! racing to assassinate a target against 3 others without being spotted by guards? COME ON! Or even co-op missions that have multiple targets that have to be taken out with precision timing?
*sigh*
But I'll settle for what we'll eventually get- The same game as before with marginally improved graphics and slightly buggy code that bears the grubby scars of being rushed out to coincide with a movie release.

I never cared for Hitman, but that sounds awesome. if they made a Hitman like that, then Id buy it on Day 1.
a lot of these are already in development i think. i pretty sure elder scrolls V is, so is halflife ep3, portal 2, mass effect 2, assassins creed 2, gears 3 etc etc
