changing the rating of a game on a glitch??? Hmmm that doesnt sound right

That's what happened. A game goes from T to M when there is a 'nudity' glitch. Lol , well I do hope one goal of the developers of a game is to take out any glitches of a game, glitches kinda have a bad reputation for ruining a gamers experience... im talking about any glitch not a nudity one lol that is different... maybe.
A main reason why was because of the mothers decapitated head and that whole gruesome encounter...dont really remember much since i havent played it in 3 years
[spoiler] In the Dark Brotherhood questline, near the end, you see the Luchien guy or whatever his name is, hanging upside down and his body skinned [/spoiler]
