Um... I just got the RROD on my 360 then unplugged my 360 and now it's been running great for 5-10 minutes... Was it just a little mess up? My 360 has been running great for the past 3 months.. I got a newer one with the falcon chip.. I know that doesn't prevent the RROD but it's a slimmer chance right? Anyways should I be concerned about this or was it just a simple mess up? I've been playing games on it now and it works great..

maybe a cable wasn't plugged in all the way and it gave the RROD look, but it was the "you dont have a plug in all the way" error.

Its not unheard of for a console to recover normally from a RROD, but its not a permanant thing, by the sounds of it, your console is on the Green Mile....time to book it in for a repair

I'm thinking it might be this because my power cable came out WAY to easily..

I don't think overheat because it hadn't been on since the night before... I'm wondering if it was the power cable only in half way.. Because I didn't get any load up screen.. I just hit the power button and bam Red rings.. From the videos I've seen it looks like the system is gonna power up when you get the RROD.

It's normal. My Xbox has RROD'd three times and I just leave it alone for a day or two and it's fine.

Cool man thanks. I've had it on for a good 45 minutes or so.. Played some games ran some netflix and it's all good.. I'm sure it was just that power cable not plugged in all the way.. Because I moved something on my desk and it may have snagged on it.
