Halo may be a bit overrated but it definatally does not deserve a 2! I think you have some problems with deciding how good games are, just because it doesn't suit your personal tastes dosent mean its horrible! I personally love Halo. Oh, and fix the caps lock on your keyboard.

i agree, although halo2 got a higher score than halo1 i dont see that happening again with halo3 because from what ive seen in the beta... there isnt much new content.

Anywhere from 8.5 to 9.2, it's just more of the same. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just it will likely knock a few points off the score.

Graphics 8 or 9
Sound 9 or 10
Value 9 or 10
Tilt 10

Any where from 9.2 to 9.9. Lol it won't get 9.9. More likely all the low end of my range. 9.2 is still a great score.

I keep hearing people saying that there is not much new content in H3 based on the beta. Guys remember its a beta. they only put a little in there cause the main reason the beta was launched was to test network abbilities nothing more. From what I have been read on alot of sites is that there is going to a larg amount of content. Bungie wont let us down. they have alot riding in this game.

Personally I think it'll get around 9.2. 

Dont think that just because the box say Halo 3 on it means that it will get a free pass. I am a HUGE Halo fan. I play on XBL every chance I get and have thoroughly enjoyed the beta. However, the one thing that neither Halo:Combat Evolved and Halo 2 didnt have that Halo 3 does is competition. Keep in mind that by the end of 2007 there will be alot of FPS's on the XBOX 360 that have potential to be huge, huge games.... Half Life 2: Orange, CoD 4, UT 3, The Darkness, Bioshock, Medal of Honor:Airborne and of course Halo 3 itself! All of these games are likely to score highly and each will have very strong fan followings!

Saying all that and looking at how hard gaming sites like Gamespot and IGN are now scoring games. Halo 3's scores will depend even more on what Bungie has done with the single player. If the single player is a hit, then Halo 3 will score very, very high. If it falters like Halo 2's did, then I think Halo 3 will score lower than expected. Here is my prediction....

Halo 3 with great single player....9.3 +

Halo 3 with weak single player...8.7-9.1

Multiplayer will only carry a game so far and with all of the competiton that Halo 3 will have this year, Bungie had better be on its toes with the Campaign portion of the game

halo 3 isn't going to be speical, really. the will have to pull off some great story in order to get a nice score. graphics wise, it isn't more than a 9. sound, knowing halo, it'll be amazing...multi is the same so even though it's fun, it won't necessarly help boost the score...stygiansanity

Sir no offence but you are the biggest tard I've seen yet. Halo 3 story will be great that I know for shure, and the multiplay is going to be revolutionized
