I think I liked Halo 3 a bit more. The campaign mode was more fun to me, not as repetitive. And the live and splitscreen is also 10x better.

it depends most people can just start to play halo 3 and get good at it in a couple of hours, but in gears of war 2 you have to practice at it a lotshelbygt93
Lulz, yeah ok.

Queers of War 2 is still broken online and its been out for 9 months now. it's terrible. Halo 3 you can hop into a warthog, a ghost, a mongoose, etc. Halo 3 is much funner and has many more gameplay elements like vehicles and a WORKING online. Gears 2 is rubbish and I don't see how anybody can play that trash. .

Though i respected your opinion TC, i think im enjoying GeOW 2 lot more because I've been practicing on it lately. Plus, the campaign was 10 times better then Halo 3's campaign (Which puts me to sleep), because it was more enjoyable and more intense then Halo 3, but Halo 3's campaign was good for campaign scoring and searching the skulls and all (With the addition of online CO-OP), but GeOW 2 was still better then Halo 3's campaign (IMO). I do agree that the multiplayer was better then GeOW 2 at first, but after you practice it a lot on Training grounds, you will get so good at it that you never may want to come back to Halo 3's multiplayer again (Which i did), I also agree that the spliscreen addition was a lot better in Halo 3 since you could play with your friends online (As guest) and kick a**, but IMO, since all my friends quit playing halo awhile ago, it gets boring playing Halo 3 after 2 games in the role without them, in GeOW 2, I could play that game by myself without even being bored of it (Along with COD 4). At the end of the day, Halo 3 is only good for features and friends, but for GeOW 2, it lacks over the features, but everything else is just way better. So to me. GeOW 2> Halo 3.Personally I find Gears 2's competitive multiplayer a little frustrating and it lacked variety in game types. As for campaign, although I'm glad Epic improved game legnth immensily in Gears 2 the capaign just fealt far more restrictive than Halo 3 and Halo 3 did have 4-player co-op as apposed to Gears 2's 2-player co-op. Although I'll admit, Gears 2's ability to allow each player to play on a seperate difficulty in co-op was really cool. But I'm leaning toward Halo.
