Toss up between Pure and Dirt. Those should be your first two bets. Behind them would be Sega Rally Revo and Baja: Edge of Control. Those are the only four worth considering.
DIRT is as fun as handling poop. The game is awful. Pure is very addictive and fun. Customizable ATV's, soaring jumps, adrenaline rush from start to finsih. One downside to Pure is that it is very short. Good rent since you can do everything in the game in a week.
im not into many racing games, but there's a demo of pure on the marketplace. i played it for 5mins and i was sold and went out and bought it. if you ever played the ssx games its just like that, pluse the graphics are great for a racing game
DiRT or Baja Edge of Control. I don't like overly arcadey offroad games so Pure and Sega Rally revo are off my list. Baja looks like a last gen game in term of graphics, but the handling is insane. You'll struggle on some courses to keep your vehicle on the road when youre going in a straight line its so crazy. Thats the kind of offroad racing i like.
Thanks for your input guys I'll look into Dirt, Pure and Baja Edge Of Control. I had a chance to pick up Sega Rally Revo at Block Buster the other night for $9.99 I might go get that one as well.
