whats the deal with GTA?

well im kinda mad about GTA because we havent even gotten to see a gameplay video or anything, but we all saw a gameplay vid for MSG wich dosent come out until 2008, but GTA comes out in october?, so i dont understand this. whatd u guys think?

Well it should be up soon since they let gamespot see the demo and game is coming out soon.

But what i want to know the thing M$ paid $50 mill. Will that be included in the game or will we have to pay for that?

If your talking about the two exclusive downloadable content for the 360 version, those probably wont come out until 2008. I found it kind of wierd how they jus threw that out there, maybe it was a way to get more people to buy the 360 version. I have a strong feeling that the exclusive episodes might be Vice City & San Andreas

Nah it's going to be more missions I think..

And Rockstar has always done this, but there actually has been quite a lot of info in previews such as Gamespot's previews and IGN's preview, as well as the magazine ones. No gameplay yet, but reading the previews should show you enough to know how awesome the gameplay will be ;)

With SA they didnt show anything more than pictures right up until later september and october. They give each of the big 3 gaming websites a major preview or 2 each month right up until release. So expect maybe 4 or 5 more gs previews before the release and maybe 1 or 2 more trailers before late spetember. cracker16

You can see the graphics in the trailer, that plus an interface.

Exactly, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I really don't need to see it because I know it's going to be awesome. Not seeing it helps keep the hype down a bit so the game is even better when you get it. The game will be in our systems in two and a half months which will go by very fast with all of the great games landing in the upcoming weeks and beyond.

why would it be that they already said its going to add alot more hours on to the original game

You will have to pay and the first pack off downloadable content will come out March of 2008. This was known a while.

The downloadable content will be new areas in Liberty City and new missions. Vice city and San Andreas will NOT be making a return.
