whats the deal with the dashboard updates?

they are dead slow to update the dash these days, usually that means DLC and demos dont start showing until the day after release, this week Deal of the week isnt even up yet, ive recovered my profile, deleted the market place content from my hard drive and reset my cache and nothing solves this.

i personally think its the staff that are slow to make the changes and normally i wouldnt complain but this is a service i pay money for and i kinda want it to work all the time and on time.

anyone else notice this?

No, not really. I've never really had any issues with downloading new dashboards. The big one that went from blades to the windows we have now took a bit of time, but from what I remember that was a rather substantial update. Otherwise, smooth sailing.

Are you updating from the net or from a disc? If net, wired or wireless connection?

Seeing how you are just getting the update now, you are probably have more than one update trying to be pushed through. With saying that, the new dashboard/the way everything feels, is a lot slower. mikel222222

he's talking about howXBL issupposed to be updated on mondays & wednesdays & i don't get the weekly updates until tuesday & thursday sometimes. he's not saying he just got the actual update to the NXE, but the deal of the week, new arcade games, demos, etc. i have the exact same problem. does anyone else get late updates?
