I guess Dead Space. Also, when I played HL2 the first time, I thought the running 'crab-zombies were spooky.-eddy-
Lol those guys were so creepy! Especially the tunnel that's blocked by all of the vehicles.
Most definitely the most scared on edge moment of my video gaming life was when I fought Psycho Mantis in Metal Gear solid for the PS2. First he instructs me to leav me controller on the floor and then he moves the controller with his mind. My controller literally was next to the ps2 and then jumped directly in front of me. I said to myself well that just the nature of the dual shock and smart writing on behalf of the game. But then he told me with his own voice " I can see you like to play NBA Live!!. I was like wtf!! How the hell did this video game character know what the hell game I been playing. I almost turned the game off quick. It took me a while to realize that nba live at the time was a game made by konami which also makes metal gear. Therefore they just read me memory card.
DOOM 3 with out a doubt.....walking through a dark, wet hallway surrounded by generators and power wires down. Then all the sudden BOOM! something pops out righta t your face and is swinging an AXE at you......enough said, traded in at game stop the next day and got something more calmer. lol.

I actually beat the game but it scared me so much that i don't want to play anymore horror games lol. I have to push myself to play them i think it traumatized me :P/
Both from Dead Space: When the Regenerater was even in the same room with me.
And I think it was in chapter 5 when you first get access to the elevator on the bridge and I heard that scream, I didn't want to leave that elevator, lol.
lmfao. the same goes for me. when you rearrange the cubes to get to the back of the room to get the nav card and it chases you. it was SO freaked out! Hehe, I managed to trap the regenerator behind the cubes. I actually surprised myself when I realized I had trapped him.BIOSHOCK there a scene where there just a hanging lamp and all of sudden the room goes black and splicers are jumping at you from every where and just flashes of lights are your only clue to where they are. I was playing late at night all lights off and 6.1 surround sound and blast I sound proof my game room yeah i was scared **** the other is ofcourse resident evil 2 when youre at the police station and all of sudden the crows go through the window
Resident Evil (remake) in several moments, like everytime a Hunter appeared, when you get the shotgun from the small room, those corners where you can't see **** but you know there's a zombie (real zombies ahem.. RE5) and you got no health and only 8 bullets, and those damn dogs (yes, the one that breaks the window)etc..
I was playing Fallout 3 yesterday and a Yao Guai (is the spelling right?) made me jump on the Yao Guai tunnels, I thought I had killed them all and was exploring (no light, volume up), he jumped right in front of me. Although most of them just attack without thinking, others are pretty smart.
Seems like everyone has the same ones :/.
Am i the only one that found that drill scene in the darkness unbearably intense?
Nah man, I thought that part was messed up too. I really believed I was going to die.A intense moment for me is when I was playing Twisted Metal: Black Co-Op with one of my friends. We were trying to take out Minion, a creepy looking demon driver, when we finally managed to take out his shield we were both so close to dying. We barely managed to kill him, and then we both sat there in shock for a few moments, surprised we actually did it. We replayed that part so much that we thought it was impossible.
fallout 3 first time i fought a deathclaw.
bioshock, when you see the splicers go after the little girl for the first time through glass in some room, and then a big daddy shows up and shuts them the hell down, i was scared. also when you see dr. steinman pounding on the corpse and cutting it while hes saying that he can't make anyone perfect is just...haunting.
the original halo (and best one) seein flood for first time, and also seeing captain keyes as a huge fat flood thing.
The beginning of Odd World Abe's Oddysee, when they find out they would be the new meat.
For me it would either be the first time i played bioshock. At the beggining of the story when the splicer jumps onto the vessel thing yo were riding on and begins to destroy it. I was **** my pants.

Me too.Heh.And Farcry2 sometime give me a extreme nervous feeling。
The Fatal Frame games always made me a bit scared since I always played them in the dark.
For 360 I'm going to have to go with Condemned and the mannequins in the game.

The first silent hill back on playstation got me freaked out as well, even the new psp version which I think is the door is also pretty pretty nice some nice moments in there. Silent Hill has been a favorite horror game for me, but the movie was not that great.yeah the regenerator was really intenseBoth from Dead Space: When the Regenerater was even in the same room with me.
