What's Your Gold Member Veteran #?

Just wondering if there's any discrepancies in how long you've been a member and the badge/# that shows on your Profile. Mine's a 6, which seems about right.

What's yours, and is it [approximately] correct?

If anyone would like some clarification on what the number represents (now called "Tenure"), check this link from Major Nelson. It outlines most of the outstanding concerns and questions.

mine is 2, it should be 3 in a month or so.

I haven't gotten the update yet today, I'll probably do it later.

When you look at your profile with the Avi there is a gold strip which has a number on. For example mine says I have been on Xbox Live 1 whole year

I think people that have not had xbox live for a year yet done have a number, but I'm not sure if thats true.

Mine's saying 1 which is confusing since since I've been on a gold membership for almost 3 years now (I even have achievements I can only get online that were from long before my membership supposedly started)..... only thing I can think of is maybe it's because I switched xboxes? The membership date seems to match up around the time I made the switch.... Still doesn't make complete sense though considering it's still on the same account.

Edit: Now I remember I did a name change....that's probably what did it.

k, i just restarted my console and that did the trick...now it's there

It's mentioned to be in years a few other places, I believe. This is why I made the topic -- try to see if there are any discrepancies in the system. Maybe it's a 3 because of an extended Silver Membership time? Not sure..

I think I'm a 1, it should be more but I never recovered my gamertag from my original xbox. Otherwise, I've had Live for years and years.

I was told it does not count your xbox 1 days of live. It just adds up your xbox 360 live time.
