It's mentioned to be in years a few other places, I believe. This is why I made the topic -- try to see if there are any discrepancies in the system. Maybe it's a 3 because of an extended Silver Membership time? Not sure..

hmm, well, i might have a number if i was notified of my subscription expiring the multiple times it has... or when i got rrod and it expired. haha what a pointless update. maybe its just sour grapes, though haha
See its weird because I was a gold member since like November 2007 and I was a Live Gold membertill like March this year and I went down to Silver till just last week. When I look at my profile it has a #1 so it may say 2 come this november!!!! Also I have changed my GT 3 times since i've had gold on 360 and haven't had my current gt for a full year yet so im not sure whats up.
Mine is a 3, I made this gamertag in late '04 I believe so it should be at least a 4. It switched to silver for maybe a month a while ago so that might be it. Can anyone confirm that temporarily switching to silver does/doesn't affect this?
It maybe affects it just by not counting any of the time on silver, but thats all. I've went to silver for about a month before, it wouldn't just restart your count, because mines right. Someone on my friends list had a 6! Damn I never knew he had it like that. Another friend had 3 or 4. Mine says 2 and that's right, it should turn 3 in about September-October.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure if you go Silver at all it will reset, which sucks but okay...we'll all get over it. I'm a four, even though I got it when it came out in November of 2002. I shouldn't have left my XBOX at home for a few months when i started college, thought it'd get me in trouble---came to be my best stress reliever! Ha
