what's your Halo 4 wishlist?

Better graphics

the game mechanics need to be a bit different from halo 2 and 3. I'm sick of doing the same thing in both games.

New weapons, maybe a complete rehaul

More customizable options

more artwork (like Halo CE) on level backrounds

a bit more tactical

If they continue to use master chief the gameplay wont change because you will be most likely fighting by yourself some how destroying a whole planet of enemies, but it would be kinda cool to play as marines trying to find master chief. I think i would rather have a prequel game though. If you don't want a game made shut up we get the idea.lilxharleyxbro

ok i have to tell you guys, halo has the most amazing features i have ever seen in a game, the video, the forge (i still prefer the map creator in farcry) the screenshots, the file sharing, and coop campaign, that package is what every person expects from the next halo, i think some cover could work for the game but also destructible enviroments, to keep it fast paced, the option to choose brutes in mp, i would like a video mix creator to put togheter all your highlights, more customization for the color of your armor and obviusly new weapons, more tactical and some more powerful

wow first time i've seen someone complain about lack of playlist variety. i mean it has regular typical modes like deathmatch, objective and doubles is fun, what other game lets you go 2 v 2 online? then it has MLG and team swat, plus living dead. im leaving out rocket race as well, i personally think halo3 has the best playlist setup atm.

in halo4, if it comes out, i would like, just more. really just a bump up of everything overall. but especially a great single player campaign, i mean a single player campaign at the same level as halo1.

that is true and i liked him because he had been through tough times but he has been quoted saying that he would stay in iraq for as long as 100 years. maybe he was just pandering to the conservative voters but that just scares me.

Well, considering Halo Wars is on the horizon, I seriously doubt Bungie will release another installment for the Halo series. And I hope they don't, either. They have peaked with Halo, and continuing it would only cause the popular series to become stale.M3NTAL_MANTiS

Stop making FPS games and let your employees do something else. I mean they have a trilogy of successful games in one area of the market. Who says Bungie can't do it again. Look at Crackdown, sure its not perfect but I was better than most superhero games. Im sure they have knowhow to be a versatile company in the market.AceofOpus

So what? Millions of people watch American Idol and that's garbage too! Halo 2 is one of my favorite games of all time because of the multiplayer. I take it you jumped on the Halo 3 bandwagon like alot of other people. The gameplay, the pace, melee, sniper, needler all changed for the worse. They ruined that game for me. But Halo 2 still rocks!! Oh yeah the maps suck too.

Banning cars would be more life saving then ending the war. Also this war has been very successful. You might not know that from watching CNN all the time, but we are doing a great job over there and we need to finish what we set out to do so that the world will be a safer place. By the way more people die each year on the United states highways each year then the total amount of soldiers lost in this war and another major terrorist attack on our country could cause 4x as many causalities if not more the the number of soldiers lost in Iraq. So until the soldiers start saying Iraq is a failure, and not the media, i will vote for McCain the one person running for president who has alittle intellectual thought.

I'm in the Army. I've seen what it's like. I trust McCain and his military experience over the others. I believe that no matter who is in office, the war will continue. Besides, I'd pick Arnold Schwarzeneggger over Hilary any day. ( and don't call me sexist, because I'm a girl)

while they saidhalo 3 was the last but its innevitable for another to come out maybe not a dirrect one(not talking about halo wars) but if they did make halo4 what's your wishlist of things that you wish were in it

the drinol (cut out race)
the sharuquoi (another cut out race)
better graphics (they said that they would improve during the beta but they HARDLY did)
btter story, (it's actually got story ONLY if you read the books it need to be more intelegable)
longer game (beat it in 4 hours)
increased difficulty (way to easy sometimes even on legendary)

my wishlist has more of the basic wants and don't say that i'm flaming halo 3 i liked halo3 not as much as the others but when really thought about it was a dissapointing game with flaws, I actually hope that the next bungie game flops big time so that way they realize that no matter what they do it automatically bea good game and go back to halo

first of all, isn't the thread titled "what's your Halo 4 wishlist"? Not "what sucks about Halo 3". second, the game isn't to short. if you beat it in 4 hours then you obviously didnt take the time to enjoy it and had to have rushed through it. Thats also prbably why you don't like the story. Who cares if its a bit easy sometimes on legendary, the halo 3 campaign was super fun to play with your friends online and for it to be much harder would have ruined it. I dont want to find myself throwing my controller down in parts much like in COD4 on veteran. i think they did a great job of the game. Some of the online play can get annoying due to the equipment but it also can make it funner. If you find the campaign way to easy then go online where the Halo gamers are some of the most intense out there.

Fair enough. But remember, this thread is about what we'd like to see in Halo 4. Not what we'd like to see in Bungie's next project. ;)

I'd like a single player story that isn't like an extra feature to an exclusively multiplayer game. Like Halo 1.

So, longer single player game, more indepth, more uniquemissions. A better story because Halo 1 and 2 were great, Halo 3 felt kinda.. uninspired. And it felt like they just crammed it together and found lame excuses for levels.

Basically, I want it to go back to the glory of Halo 1.

1. A less cartoony graphic style.

2. better frame rate

3. Better, smaller, tighter wound maps9if you know what I mean).

4. LESS weapons. I think they should get rid a few weapons, maybe add 1 or 2 new ones too.

5. They should go with a far less epic single player. More like Halo 1 than Halo 3.

Halo 3 was great, and you idiots saying "a cover system" and "better graphics" need to realize whats really important. I say all they need is more weapons, more vehicles, and a longer single player. Dragon0932

I am not even that good at halo but i like campaign more than online play and the campaign just flat-out sucked
