What's Your Racing Flavor?

Arcade or Sim?

I always want to like sim racers (PGR3, Forza 2) but every time I try them, I just can't get into them. I'm leaning on the arcade side now (Excite Truck, Mario Kart, Burnout Revenge, etc), so lets hope Dirt is fun, since Forza 2 left me snoring ;) (Refering to each's respective demos)

Finally got a chance to play DiRT... It seems like a nice mix of sim and arcade, and I like it much more than the Forza demo ;) I'll probably rent it at least.

Anyway, I prefer sims. The more hardcore, the better. That's why people call me weird when I say GTR2 on the PC is one of the best racing games ever made.

PGR3 is not a sim game though its more arcade/sim really 'cus its neither reallyihateyou_right

This is how I see PGR3. It's a sim, but you have to play it like an arcade game. The game has great physics, but the game makes you drift and fent to complete objectives.
