Ah well for one late at night with somthing to drink playing co op or by myself getting enraptured in RPGS or survival games or in the afternoon when its raining playing Multiplayer cod (kickin some ass) ior bymyself playing n RPG.... But not to forget having laughs with my friends will we play guitar hero or a wii tournament good times (still good times)..............
I also used to play this online multiplayer game on PC called Joint Ops Typhoon rising, I loved every minute of it until I lost the game/CD keyall together lol. Gr8 times
I think the best is to play at night during a thunderstorm with plenty of munchies and brewskies. I like playing against people either online or with my friends over... Gaming by myself is only good when I'm playing an rpg
After a days work online matches relax me specially when I'm trashing the other player. Also when there is no work the following day I immerse myself in single player games till I finish it or till I doze off while playing the game.
Depends really, if I'm in the mood to get things done, alone in the day, if I feel like blasting a few people online, at night with friends, I tend to play better alone, but it's always fun with friends.

i remember playing halo2 linked with another xbox up to 8 players total. all day long, with an interval to pick some food, great days.. now,with xbl(at the time i hadnt) its still fun but simply not the same.
