I know that in the Netherlands it will become a Xbox 360 Classic in April and the price will drop to €30,-. (according to xboxhome, a dutch online game store)

I rented GEARS when it first came out, beat it... loved it, but was shocked at just how short it was. I decided it wasn't something I'd want to buy for 60USD, I'd wait until it dropped in price. Lo and behold, it probably won't drop in price. Oh well. There are deeper and more fulfilling games out there.TrueProphecy22

acutally this game is worth the money...and its probably the best shooter on the 360...multiplayer is soo good i love it

I'll share my multiplayer woe. Which is a primary reason I wouldn't buy it at full price.

After beating the story mode, I decided to take the game online.

I played a grand total of two matches in which I scored absolutely no kills, died an inconcevable number of times, and probably suicided at least once.

After just two games, my rating was so bad, the server wouldn't let me join any matches.

I couldn't play multiplayer for the duration of my rental.

i agree wtf is up with dat....it sitl relly expensive...but it its a great game....when i first bought i jst played the story n got bored of it...now i got bored of halo 3 n i got bak to GoW n damn bro its awasome!!!! the online multiplayer...damn...its worth its price!! homie13_9

I'm a little surprised myself, but it's still one of the best selling 360 games. And by the way, I should flame you for selling Gears!!! Just kidding...:)
